GRIP: Combat Racing Adds DELOREAN 2650 DLC

DeLorean Motor Company has partnered with Wired Productions and Caged Element, Inc. in order to bring a new vehicle for GRIP: Combat Racing. The iconic DMC DeLorean 2650 is available as a paid DLC for the game, and players can purchase it on Steam, Xbox Store, PlayStation Store, and Nintendo Switch. The DMC DeLorean 2650 features a jet-fuel burning rear-bolted space blaster, and since itā€™s from the future, this car can flip, and is a perfect addition to GRIP: Combat Racing.


2019 PUBG Global Championship Details Revealed

PUBG Corp. has revealed details on the 2019 PUBG Global Championship. It will take place across three weekends, with a Group Stage from November 8th until the 10th. It will be followed with the Semifinals from November 15 to 17 at the OGN Super Arena in Manhattan Beach, California. The Grand Finals will take place from November 23rd until the 24th in Oakland, California as the top teams vie for the $2 million USD prize pool as well as a chance to be crowned the 2019 PUBG Global Champions.

Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes Complete Edition has officially launched, bringing Travis Touchdown to players on Steam and PlayStation 4. The Complete Edition contains the base game, plus all previously released content including Black Dandelion and Bubblegum Fatale. It also comes with unlocked framerates at support for 1080p and higher for PC.


Mortal Kombat 11 Halloween Event Starts October 25th

Mortal Kombat 11 is hosting its very own Halloween event from October 25th until November 1st. The event will bring ā€œa variety of frightening contentā€ which includes four new boss fights with different Halloween-themed modifiers like bats, flying witches, and more. Thereā€™s also the new Masquerade Skin Pack which can be purchased during the event. A brand-new Team Raid multiplayer mode is also available for free for owners of the game.


Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Has Gone Gold

Respawn is happy to announce that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has finally gone gold! The company announced the good news on Twitter, saying, ā€œWe are proud to announce that #JediFallenOrder has gone gold! We canā€™t wait for you to embark on this adventure across the Galaxy with us on 11/15. May the Force be with you!ā€ This means the game is all set and ready for its November 15 release for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.


Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Preloading Available Now

Activision shared preloading details for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. PS4 players in North America, Europe, Japan, and Asia who have pre-purchased the digital version of the game, can start pre-loading it on their consoles. Pre-loading on Xbox One is already live and available for all regions. PC players will be able to pre-load the game via Battle.Net starting October 22nd. The game officially goes live on October 24th, 6PM BST.


Episode Three of The Long Dark Launches October 22nd

Hinterland Games has announced that Episode Three of its exploration-survival game The Long Dark is set to launch for free on October 22nd. Episode Three, titled Crossroads Elegy, is part of the gameā€™s Wintermute Story mode. This episode will answer fansā€™ questions on what happened to Mackenzie and Astrid, the mysterious Hardcase, and what is happening in Perseverance Mills. Astrid will be playing a huge part in this episode as she has to tend to the survival needs of others as a doctor aside from hers.


Destiny 2: Shadowkeep to Receive New Update on October 29th

Bungie will be releasing an update for Destiny 2: Shadowkeep on October 29th. This update will address issues on balance and economy. Update 2.6.1 will tweak some of the Supers, including a Super-related PvP issue, and it will also add some quality-of-life changes. Ace Combat 7 Anchorhead Raid DLC Announced

Bandai Namco has revealed the launch date for Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknownā€™s Anchorhead Raid. Anchorhead Raid is the second special mission for the game, following Unexpected Visitor which launched last month. Anchorhead Raid starts October 23rd and will conclude in November. The trailer serves as a mission brief that lays out plans to hit the Eurusean military that are gathering in Anchorhead Bay with a pre-emptive strike to weaken their force.


For Honorā€™s Halloween Event is Under Way

For Honor is also in for the Halloween festivities as its Halloween-themed event, Fangs of the Otherworld, has begun. The event is slated to run until November 1st. Fangs of the Otherworld brings themed loot, and a new game mode called Spooky Slashers. Spooky Slashers is a variation of Dominion which allows players to gain special boosts by capturing zones in the map. The event also brings spooky cosmetics including ghouls and werewolves.


First Details on Call of Duty League 2020 Revealed

First details on the 2020 competition of Call of Duty League have been announced. 12 teams will be competing in ā€œhome-vs-away 5-versus-5 professional match play.ā€ Each team will host two ā€˜Home Seriesā€™ events, one in spring and one in summer. Each home Series will feature pro teams taking on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on PS4 in best-of-five matches. Teams with the best records will compete in postseason championship featuring double elimination playoffs. A Season Champion will be crowned at the Call of Duty League Championship Weekend event.


Age of Wonders: Planetfall Expansion to Launch in November

Age of Wonders: Planetfall has gotten its very first expansion called Revelations. This will be bringing to life the ancient dynasty of technocorpses and it will be launching in November. The expansion will come with two new campaigns, letting players experience the story of Esā€™teq and Heritor. Age of Wonders: Planetfall Revelations expansion is set to launch on November 19 for ā‚¬14.99 euros or Ā£11.39 pounds.


Hearts Of Iron 4 La RĆ©sistance Expansion Announced

Hearts Of Iron 4 is getting an expansion pack called La RĆ©sistance as announced by Paradox during the PDXCON stream. The expansion will add an Intelligence Agency that can train spies and send them on missions. There will also be new recon units that will have scout planes. The expansion will come with an update that will overhaul some parts of the game like reworking the resistance system, air operations, interface improvements, battleplans, and may quality of life improvements.


Crusader Kings 3 Announced to Launch in 2020

Crusader Kings 3 has been announced during the Paradox Con and it is said to be launching sometime in 2020. The game director Henrik FĆ„hraeus said that ā€œuser friendliness was never our primary goalā€ but the game will have some nice quality of life improvements as well as visual improvements like 3D character models and a much more welcoming UI. Surviving The Aftermath Now Available on Early Access

Post-apocalyptic colony manager called Surviving The Aftermath has launched in early access as announced during Paradox Interactiveā€™s convention in Berlin, PDXCON. The game is a survival-based settlement builder and is produced by a different team from the first game, it is a Finnish studio named Iceflake. Right now the game is early access on the Epic Games Store for Ā£15.49 pounds and is set to launch by late 2020 which will also come out on Steam as well.


Stellaris Expansion Called Federations Announced

The next expansion for Stellaris has been announced and it is called Federations. The expansion will focus on new origins for playerā€™s empires, there will also be a trade league and a research cooperative. The spacepolitics will also expand, now having a galactic senate. A mobile starbase called the Juggernaut as well as a Mega Shipyard megastructure is also to be expected. No launch date has been announced for the planned expansion as of yet.


BattleTech DLC Heavy Metal Available Next Month

BattleTech DLC called Heavy Metal has been announced and it will come with eight new BattleMechs, seven of which came from the lore of the tabletop universe and one is an original design. There will also be eight new weapon systems plus a new flash-campaign that will have classic characters that, if you are a fan of the game, would be familiar to you. BattleTechā€™s Heavy Metal is set to launch on November 21st for PC, Mac and Linux and will cost around $19.99 USD.


Heats of Iron 4: La Resistance Introduces Spies

Hearts of Iron 4: La Resistance is the newest DLC for the game Hearts of Iron 4. The expansion is based on the French resistance and is said to be adding spies. They can be recruited from different regions and are able to blend in perfectly in their home territory. Spies are also able to level up but are also a risk when captured as they might give up crucial information. The best thing to do is to equip them with suicide pills. Hearts of Iron 4: La Resistance will be launching soon.


Prison Architect Psychward: Wardenā€™s Edition Announced

The Psych Ward DLC of Prison Architect is coming to PC. The DLC was previously available for consoles only but is now coming to the PC next month. The PC version will come with a new type of prisoner, new facilities, as well as new ways of dealing with disobedient inmates. Other exclusive additions are padded solitary cells, a new warden, upgrades to the psychiatristā€™s office, orderlies and more. Prison Architect Psychward: Wardenā€™s Edition will launch on November 21, 2019.


Imperator: Rome Reveals New Free Expansion Pack

A free expansion is coming to Imperator: Rome as announced by Paradox Interactive. The expansion is called the Punic Wars Content Pack and it features the exciting times in Roman history specifically the rivalry of Carthage over Sicily and then the Mediterranean. The time frame of the wars are around 164-146 BCE. Not much information was shared about the content pack, only that it is free and it is about Rome and Carthage, and that there will be new music and new unit models.


Raging Loop Launch Dates Announced, Now Available in Europe

Raging Loop is now available in Europe on the Nintendo Switch and the PlayStation 4 as announced by PQube and KEMCO. The game is a psychological horror visual novel. There are different launch dates for the game, depending on the region. For North America, the digital version is available on October 22nd for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. The game will be available physically for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on November 19th. Raging Loop will launch on the PC by December 5th.


Megaquarium Launches in Consoles

The critically acclaimed theme park management tycoon called Megaquarium has launched on consoles as announced by developers Auroch Digital. The game features a 10 level ā€˜ learn the gameā€™ campaign, a sandbox mode, 97 species of livestock, 100 different objects that you can use to redecorate, gift shop and facilities, a fully-featured decorating and theming system. Megaquarium is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
