Mortal Kombat 11 is May 2019’s Top-Selling Game

Mortal Kombat 11 is the best-selling game of May 2019, according to the official report of the NPD group. The game is also 2019’s best-selling game in its year-to-date report, removing Kingdom Hearts 3 from the top spot. NPD’s report also shows that Mortal Kombat 11’s second-month sales are almost double compared to any other game in the Mortal Kombat franchise.


Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies Unplayable for a Week

Call of Duty: Black Ops, which released nine years ago, is looking like it’s having problems with its Zombies mode. Players have reported on Steam that the Zombies mode has been unplayable for a week, and due to this the game has been bombarded with negative reviews. Some players have speculated that servers for Black Ops Zombies have shut down, but apparently this was not the case. Activision said it is aware of the issue and they are looking into it.


Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night Out Now

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is available now on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. The game is also slated to release on the Nintendo Switch next week. In line with its release, 505 Games posted the game’s launch trailer which features Bloodstained’s creator Koji Igarashi. The trailer talked about future content for the game which could include Shovel Knight as a DLC. Igarashi mentioned in the video that the game will be getting 13 post-launch DLC for free as well as the New Game+ mode, Classic Mode, and Boss Rush Mode.


The King of Fighters Crosses Over to Dead or Alive 6

Two DLC characters from The King of Fighters are coming to Dead or Alive 6! The two characters are Mai Shiranui and Kula Diamond, and they’re available now as part of Dead or Alive 6’s Season Pass 1, or as a separate purchase. Mai Shiranui is a female ninja who’s the successor of the Shiranui style ninjutsu. She uses large fans as her weapons. Kula Diamond is a modified human who uses ice in her assaults.


Killing Floor 2 Gets New Game Mode

Killing Floor 2 has received its latest free content update, Killing Floor 2: Back & Kickin’ Brass. The update kicks off the summer event with a free weekend from June 20th until the 25th on Steam. The update also introduces a new game mode called Objective, plus a brand-new map called Steam Fortress, and also two kick-brass weapons — the seal squeal and medic bat. Monster Hunter: World Iceborne PS4 Beta Takes Place This Week

Beta sessions for Monster Hunter: World Iceborne are set to begin this week. The first beta run will take place on June 21st and is exclusive for PlayStation Plus subscribers. This beta will run until June 24th. The second beta takes place on June 28th, and will be available for all PlayStation 4 users. It will end on July 1st. The beta features three quest choices, all 14 weapon types, and other new features. Iceborne is set to launch on September 6th.


Jurassic World Evolution: Claire’s Sanctuary Available Now

A new premium downloadable content pack is available for Jurassic World Evolution. Claire’s Sanctuary expands Jurassic World Evolution as it brings new missions, new dinosaurs, and a new story. Claire’s Sanctuary will have players play alongside Jurassic World Operations Manager Claire Dearing, working together to rescue the dinosaurs of Isla Nublar as Mt. Sibo is threatening to erupt soon. Jurassic World Evolution: Claire’s Sanctuary is available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.


World War 3 Free Weekend This Week

Mark your calendars as The Farm 51 announced a free weekend for its military first-person multiplayer shooter World War 3. The free weekend will take place on Steam from June 20th until the 23rd. Players will be able to play in the Polyarny map during the free weekend. Polyarny is a newly optimized map and is expected to run better this time.


Flashing Lights Gets EMS Missions and Equipment in Update

Online emergency services simulator Flashing Lights has received a new update. The update adds three new EMS callouts as well as new equipment which are the fracture kit and bandages that will help with gunshot wounds. This update is just first of a two-part update, with part 2 launching later this month. More content are also expected to come to the game as the Flashing Lights Q3 2019 roadmap will be revealed soon.


DRAGON BALL FighterZ – World Tour Returns This Year

Following the huge success of the 2018-2019 run of the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour, Bandai Namco has announced that it will be back this year for its 2019-2020 run. The global tournament series will run for 8 to 9 months starting June 2019 until the beginning of 2020. Players from all around the world will compete for the title of Grand Champion which will be crowned at the DRAGON BALL FighterZ – World Tour Red Bull Finals in France.


Bonus Care Packages Added to Red Dead Online

For one final week, Red Dead Online’s Rank 10 and Rank 20 care packages will be available for eligible players. Players who achieve Rank 10 and Rank 20 by June 24th will be able to score a variety of “frontier necessities” like Fire Arrows, Minty Big Game Meat, Poison Arrows, and more. They Are Billions Launches as Full Game Adds Story Campaign

They Are Billions is out now after being in early access for eighteen months. To celebrate the launch of this hyperbolic survival-strategy game, a campaign mode has been added which is called the New Empire. The game takes about 60 hours to finish. The 1.0 version of the game will support 12 languages, have additional maps for the survival mode and so much more. Developer Numantian said that they will continue to plan on improving the game and focus on the survival and editor modes.


Baldur’s Gate 3 is not Divinity Original Sin 3

The first ever Baldur’s Gate game launched in 1997 from Wizards of the Coast. With Baldur’s Gate 3, the game will be made by Larian Studios the makers of Divinity Original Sin. At first, Wizards of the Coast actually turned down Larian when they offered to create a Baldur’s Gate sequel. Larian Studios plans to run the game on a revamped engine used for Original Sin 2 so players could expect some similarities with the trademark systemic combos. Minecraft Story Mode Sells for $100 on Xbox 360

Telltale Games’ Minecraft: Story is getting delisted by June 25th. Those who already own the game are advised to redownload the individual episodes before it gets removed permanently. The only way that was thought of was to relist the game on the Xbox 360 store and put a steep price on it to deter new purchases for it. Minecraft: Story Mode is listed as $100 dollars but technically the game is no longer for sale and is only up for those who need to redownload their episodes.


Just Dance 2020 will be the Final Game on Nintendo Wii

The Nintendo Wii which launched nearly 13 years ago will also be saying its farewell. Amazing games were played on it like The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword and Wii Bowling. Alain Corre of Ubisoft has announced that the final game that will be launching on the console will be Just Dance 2020. The game, however, won’t be launching on the Wii U. Just Dance 2020 is expected to launch by November this year for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Google Stadia, and the Wii.


World of Warcraft Rise of Azshara Patch Launches on June 25

The latest major patch of World of Warcraft is called Rise of Azshara and it will be launching on June 25th. Rise of Azshara is a mini-expansion that will come with new zones in Nazhatar and Mechagon plus a new raid and megadungeon will also be added. A new Essence system is also open to provide players with more interesting decisions. There will also be a host of new mounts one of which is the Mechacycle plus over 90 new battle pets, two new sets of heritage armor and a lot more.


Apex Legends will have Dragons

Developer Respawn Entertainment has added some dragons to Apex Legends. For right now, no instructions come with the dragons but players did notice that they are carrying around some loot boxes. They don’t really hurt anybody in the game and players can even use them to travel around by using their grappling hook on them. No need to take down the dragons for the loot though, as they seem to be friendly enough. Just two shots and they will be dropping that awesome box of goodies for you to enjoy.


Rework to be Done on Heroes of the Storm MechaStorm II and Chen

Heroes of the Storm MechaStorm 2 has been reactivated and it will come with the new Mecha Yrel Skin, new Mecha Valla Skin, new Xenotech Malthael Skin, new Seraph Wing Mount. Here the Xenotech invasion is on and it led by Mecha Malthael which threatens the Nexus as the goal is to destroy the Neo-Stormwind. You must choose which side you are on then repair, upgrade, and run on repeatable combat simulation missions. Also, along with these Mecha Skins is a rework patch for Chen.


First Gameplay Video of MXGP 2019 Revealed

Milestone has shared the very first gameplay video of their upcoming MXGP 2019 The Official Motocross Videogame. The video features Romain Febvre on his Yamaha Factory customed bike racing on the tracks of Neuquén in Patagonia. We also get to see Tim Gajser riding his Honda HRC on the sandy tracks of Valkenswaard. Along with the video is the announcement that pre-orders are already available and it will be up until June 19th only. The game will launch on August 27 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.


Neverwinter Undermountain Available on Console

It is Neverwinter’s 6th anniversary in a few days and to celebrate, Perfect World Entertainment Inc. and Cryptic Studios announced that the Neverwinter: Undermountain is now available for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This update brings the legendary Undermountain setting as well as adds new content like the Undermountain Story Campaign, new expeditions, an increase in the level cap to 80 plus the Endgame Dungeon, Class Powers, overhauls on feats, Boons system revamp, and so much more.

A new trailer has been revealed for Bless Unleashed by Bandai Namco Entertainment America. The trailer features the Field Bosses that you will be encountering in the game. As players journey throughout the world of Bless Unleashed, field bosses will surely be encountered, take them down and you will reap great rewards. It will be hard to take them down alone though, you must help each other in order to have a much more greater chance of survival. Bless Unleashed will release some time this year.
