Hitman 2 Releases New Trailer for Elusive Target #1

A new Hitman 2 trailer was revealed and it teases the Elusive Target Sean Bean. He will play as Mark Faba who was an M15 agent who chose to be a freelance assassin. He is well known for faking his own death giving him the nickname of The Undying. As with all Elusive Targets, this is a one time deal, if you miss, you wonā€™t get another shot. The Undying Elusive Target will start on November 20th and will end on December 4th. Completing this will reward you with a fan-selected Explosive Pen.


Telltale Games Have Been Delisted From Steam

Telltale games on Steam have already been shutting down, and becoming unavailable one by one. Game series including Jurassic Park, Tales of Monkey Island, and Back to the Future have already been delisted from the platform, but those who own these games will still get to keep them. Other series like The Walking Dead, Batman: The Telltale Series, Game of Thrones, and Tales From the Borderlands are still available as of this report, but thereā€™s a huge chance these will follow suit.


Unfairly Banned Fortnite Players Get 2,000 V-Bucks

Epic Games has apologized to Fortnite players who they have mistakenly banned by giving them in-game money. These players received 2,000 V-Bucks and also got their accounts reinstated. 2,000 V-Bucks is equivalent to 20 Dollars in real money. It is not clear whether Epic Games got word of these wrongful bans through support tickets, or if they have a system that detected these on its own.


CD Projekt RED Admits Thronebreaker Has Not Done As Well As They Hoped

Cd Projekt RED has spoken up about Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales. The company has come to admit that the game has not been selling as well as they are expecting it to. The main reason theyā€™re seeing is that the game was previously a GOG exclusive, and they admitted that GOGā€™s reach is ā€œincomparably smaller than that of Steam.ā€ The company has since decided to release the game on Steam as well as majority of Witcher fans are there.


Assassinā€™s Creed Odyssey Gets New Patch, Increases Level Cap

Assassinā€™s Creed Odyssey has received a massive new update. Update 1.0.7 brings in visual customization, known as transmogrification. It also raises the level cap in the game from 50 to 70. Thereā€™s also a bunch of new content such as support for the second Lost Tale of Greece ā€“ A Divine Intervention, and the quest ā€œTest of Judgment.ā€ The update also adds improvements to Photo mode such as additional contrast options, and more. Teleporters Discovered in Fortniteā€™s Wailing Woods

A Fortnite player discovered a teleporter hiding beneath Wailing Woods. Apparently, the rift underneath Wailing Woods has turned into a four-way teleporter. Reddit user TimSad discovered these portals following the release of Fortniteā€™s patch version 6.30. The portals are not as useful as people hoped they would though, as it only drops players merely a few meters away from the bunker.


Conquerorā€™s Blade Showcases Castle Siege in New Trailer

A brand new trailer has been released for Booming Games Conquerorā€™s Blade. The trailer showcases Siegecraft where players ā€œtake on the role of a military leader both on and off the battlefield, attempting to make the tactical and diplomatic choices that allow them to rule over a massive, resource-rich, open worldā€. The trailer comes after a recent Siege Test event where payers were able to experience the siege themselves. The MMO does not have a release date at this time, but it is going to be available on Steam.


Lucius 3 Launches on Steam This December

The spawn of Satan is making a comeback soon. Lucius 3 will be heading to Steam on December 13, 2018. The game will release after a disappointing release for the second installment. The first one was a hit. Developer Shiver Games also announced that the game will also be available through other various digital platforms upon releaseā€. The developers promise ā€œsome heartfelt moments of regret and sorrowā€ with the third installments aside from its signature murders.


Blazing Chrome to Release on PC and Consoles Next Year

Brazilian indie development team JoyMasher and publisher The Arcade Crewā€™s upcoming shooter Blazing Chrome is heading to PC and consoles! The game will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One early next year. Blazing Chrome took inspiration from classic shooters like Contra and Metal Slug. It has an arcade-style action which fans of the genre will definitely enjoy. Its latest trailer showcases its environment complete with jet-packed levels and action-packed gameplay.


Star Citizen Celebrates Anniversary with Free-to-Play Week

Cloud Imperium Games has announced that Star Citizen will be free-to-play all week long next week, in celebration of the launch of Star Citizenā€™s first habitable planet, Hurston. Hurston is a huge planet where players can take on kilometers of playable space, including over five distinct biomes such as ā€œcityscapes, savannahs, frigid tundraā€™s, mountains and coastal seascapes.ā€ Anyone who wants to take part in the free week must create an account in the Star Citizen website. The Free week starts November 23rd and ends November 30th.


DayZ Has Sold 4 Million Copies

Bohemia Interactive has released the DayZ Beta Update on Steam last week, and now the company is proud to announce that the game has sold 4 million copies! DayZā€™s Lead Producer Eugen Harton said in a statement that while itā€™s nice to see new players trying the game, whatā€™s also important is that their existing community is ā€œslowly coming back into the game after taking a break.ā€ He added that their player count has more than doubled after the PC beta.

Winners of Golden Joystick Awards 2018 Announced

The Golden Joystick Awards, also known as Peopleā€™s Gaming Awards, has announced their winners for 2018. God of War won big, taking home four awards including PlayStation Game of the Year. Forza Horizon 4 was named Xbox Game of the Year while Subnautica took home the top prize for PC. The Golden Joystickā€™s biggest winner was Fortnite, taking home the Best Competitive Game award and the overall top prize of Game of the Year, beating fan-favorites Red Dead Redemption 2 and God of War.


New Just Cause 4 Trailer Released

Square Enix is leveling up the hype for Just Cause 4 as it releases a new trailer for the game. The trailer showcases everything the game has to offer ā€“ from its lush environment, action-packed gameplay, and much more! Just Cause 4 features more weapons, vehicles, biomes, and the largest land mass ever in a Just Cause game. Square Enix promises that players will experience better vehicle handling, a more sophisticated enemy AI, and an overhauled grappling hook, among other awesome features.


Bethesda Outlines Their Future Plans for Fallout 76

With Fallout 76ā€™s now fully launched, Bethesda is now turning their focus to bringing improvements to the game. Its first patch is set to roll out on November 19th and will tackle game performance, stability, and also bring few fixes. Bethesda says that the patch will require a huge download, but future patches wonā€™t be as big. Bethesda has also said that it plans to increase the stash limit in the coming weeks and will be adding Push to Talk, ultrawide support, and an FOV slider for PC before the year ends.


Free-to-Play Card Game Eternal Officially Launches

Eternal, Dire Wolf Digitalā€™s collectible card game, has finally left Early Access and is now fully launched. Eternal is considered by many as Hearthstoneā€™s strongest rival in the digital CCG scene. The launch is mostly symbolic as it doesnā€™t add much by ways of content, but it does end a two-year phase that the devs described as ā€œhard and messyā€. It also means the game is stable on PC and Dire Wolf can now turn its focus on the gameā€™s Xbox launch and future expansions.


Final Fantasy 14 Gets New Job Class and Features with New Expansion

A new expansion is coming to Final Fantasy 14! This was announced by producer Naoki ā€œYoshi-Pā€ Yoshida during the Final Fantasy 14 Fan Festival. The expansion is called Shadowbringers and it is expected to arrive in early summer 2019. Shadowbringers includes new jobs which Yoshida has not disclosed yet, a new playable race, and some changes. A new job class, called Blue Mage, will also be coming with patch 4.5. A New Game+ mode is also rolling out for the game.


Sunset Overdrive PC System Requirements Announced

Microsoft and Insomniac Gamesā€™ newest action-adventure game called Sunset Overdrive is releasing soon and the PC system requirements for it has been shared. The minimum requirements needed are for an Intel Core i5 3470 or an AMD-FX-6300, a graphics card of Geforce 750 TI or an AMD Radeon R7 260X. The recommended specs, on the other hand, are Intel Core i5 4690 or an AMD-FX-8350, a graphics card of Geforce 970 or AMD Radeon R9 290x. Both would need 8 GB of RAM as well as 30 GB of available space.


Smite, Paladins, and Realm Royale to Get Cross-Play Feature

Hi-Rez Studios, the company behind free-to-play games Paladin, Realm Rotale, and Smite, has announced that cross-platform play and progression are coming to the three games mentioned. The first one to get these features is Smite, while Paladin will get these in its upcoming season. Realm Royale will get PC and Xbox One cross-play during the console beta. Unfortunately, PlayStation is not included.


Launch Plans for Destiny 2ā€™s Black Armory Detailed

Destiny 2ā€™s upcoming Black Armory DLC now has a launch date! The expansion will be released on December 4th, and it is part of Destiny 2ā€™s Season Two content, The Forge. The gameā€™s second season will officially begin November 27th. Bungie provided very little details on Black Armory at this time, aside from information that it will bring a new activity called The Last Forges to the game. It will also include a new raid lair.


Release Dates for Battlefield 5ā€™s Free Map and New Content Revealed

DICE shared some information about the huge content coming to Battlefield 5! This was shared during the livestream in celebration of the release of the gameā€™s deluxe edition. There will be two new content coming on December 2 which are the tank-focused Panzerstorm map as well as the Belgium-set map. On December 4 the Practice Range, where you can test weapons and vehicles, will be released along with vehicle customization. On December 6 will be the last War Story chapter: The Last Tiger.


Warhammer 40K Mechanicus Out Now

Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus is out now, and before you say that it is another Warhammer game, this is actually something a little bit different. Instead of Space Marines and Orks and Chaos, this is more about the complex relationship of technology with both alien and ancient. There are also a lot of tactical battles to be fought. Also, before fighting there are a lot of choice-based events, traps and alerts that you would have to go through first. This is one game that is really worth playing.


Brigitte Gets Nerfed

Blizzard is currently working on Brigitte, the support-tank hybrid hero which was introduced back in March. Apparently, Brigitte is being subjected to backlash from some players, with even a petition for Blizzard to delete her. Of course, Blizzard wonā€™t be deleting characters from Overwatch, so theyā€™re currently nerfing Brigitte instead. Her Shield Bash ability wonā€™t stun through enemy shields anymore. this may be a small change, but will sure have a huge impact to the game.
