Players Review Bomb Rainbow Six Siege on Steam
Rainbow Six Siege is currently experiencing a barrage of negative reviews on Steam , days after Ubisoft announced they are toning down some elements in the game to comply to laws specifically in Asian territories. They even created a separate client for Asia. Anything pertaining to gambling, sexual content, skulls, and blood have been removed, and although these do not affect gameplay, obviously the existing player base were not happy with it. The game is also receiving backlash over on Reddit.
Hitman 2 Shows Off Gameplay in Launch Trailer
Hitman 2ās launch date is almost here, and IO Interactive has released its gameplay launch trailer which showcases everything the game has to offer. The game boasts of over 100 hours of gameplay, over 400 challenges, and much, much, more! Fans are also excited for the gameās first Elusive Target, played by none other than Sean Bean. The fan-voted item ā the Explosive Pen ā will also be coming to the game. Hitman 2 will be available starting November 13th for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
Hack-and-Slash Game Pagan Online Announced
Wargaming, the studio behind games World of Tanks and World of Warplanes , has announced a new game in collaboration with developer Mad Head Games. The game is called Pagan Online, a top-down, hack-and-slash, action-RPG that takes its narrative from pre-Christian mythology. The game was also inspired from Diablo, as well as other popular MOBAs, thus the creators describe it as an āaction RPG and MOBA-lite combo.ā The game is planned for a 2019 release, with a beta run before it gets launched.
Final Fantasy 15 DLC Cancelled After Director Hajime Tabata Leaves Square Enix
Square Enix announced that three out of four planned episode expansion packs for Final Fantasy 15 have been cancelled. It also announced that game director Hajime Tabata has left the company, and his last day was October 31st. The canceled Final Fantasy episodes are Aranea, Lunafreye, and Noctis, while the fourth one, Ardyn, remains in development, and is scheduled to launch in March 2019.
The Quiet Manās Sound Update is Now Live
The Quiet Man, which released in November 1st, has received a new update and it brings sound to the game. The idea was that initially, players will play the game without the use of sound, and will instead rely on facial expressions, body language, and cutscenes. With the new patch bringing sound, subtitles, and dialogue to the game, players will now know whether they interpreted the game correctly. The update is free to players who own the game.
Ace Combat 7: Aces at War Bundle Revealed
Bandai Namco Entertainment America has revealed a limited edition version of Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown. Ace Combat 7: Aces at War Bundle is available at $89.99, and is only available through Bandai Namco Entertainmentās website. The limited edition bundle comes with an exclusive Steelbook case and art book. The art book itself contains 150 pages of developer interviews as well as four short stories written by Japanese Writer and Director Sunao Katabuchi, plus never-before-seen art.
Red Dead Redemption 2ās Online Beta to Launch Towards End of November
Take-Two Interactive confirmed when players can check out the Red Dead Redemption 2 online beta. Take-Two Interactiveās CEO Strauss Zelnick said in an interview that it will be arriving by the end of this month. He didnāt give any other details, including an exact date and time of launch. He simply said that Rockstar Games will have a lot to say about it.
Road Rash Sequel Road Redemption Out Now
The classic 90sā racer Road Rash, a game features bikes with brawls, has finally released its sequel in the form of Road Redemption. The game is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch, while an Xbox One version is also being planned. Road Redemption features fast-paced motorcycle races, and sees players embark on a journey throughout the US. Players will also encounter fist fights and even use different weapons such as sledgehammers and samurai swords along the way.
Final Fantasy 15 Multiplayer Comrades Out This December
Square Enix announced that Final Fantasy 15 Multiplayer: Comrades will be launching to the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on December 12th. players who already own the Comrades DLC through the Final Fantasy 15 Season Pass will get the standalone version for free. Players who own the Windows Edition will also get it for free since itās already included in this edition. Final Fantasy 15 Multiplayer: Comrades brings 10 new bosses, costumes, and weapons to the game.
Edge of Eternityās PC Early Access Delayed
Midgar Studio has announced that Edge of Eternityās PC Early Access launch will be delayed. Originally planned for release on November 29th, the game will now enter Early Access on Steam on December 5, 2018. The delay will allow the team at Midgar Studio to āadd final polish before the Early Access launch.ā Edge of Eternity will also be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
GTFO Release Date Delayed to Spring 2019
The 4-player hardcore co-op action horror FPS GTFO will be releasing at a later time. The game is originally planned for a late 2018 release, however, the developers have announced that the new release window is Spring 2019. The team behind the game said they simply need more time to work on the game. They added that they want to make sure GTFO lives up to both playersā and the developersā very high expectations.

Next Major Overwatch Update Will Require Players to Reinstall the Game
A huge patch is coming to Overwatch and Blizzard announced that a reinstall of the game would be needed. The major patch will come with some huge, substantial back-end changes. Having just to patch it is not enough and a complete reinstall of the game is needed. Owners do not have to do this manually though, as the game will automatically reinstall itself with the changes once it goes live. No exact time or date was given for the coming update but it is possible that it might come very soon.
Bungie Working on Destiny 2 Loading Times
If youāve noticed, the load times of Destiny 2 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One has become a bit slow. Bungie is planning to address the problem when Season 5 will be released by December. The studio said that the problem came about because of the frequent patching for Forsaken. According to Ben Thompson an engineer at Bungie it is expected that the load time from the EDZ location and Orbit will be lessened to one minute instead of the usual two. No exact launch date and time was given for the fix.
Nuketown Heads to Black Ops 4 on PS4
Activision confirmed that the classic Nuketown map is heading to Call of Duty Black Ops 4 on the PlayStation 4. Thereās no word whether it will also be added to the gameās PC and Xbox One versions. The Nuketown Map will be making its PS4 return on November 13th. Activision is also yet to announce whether the map will come as a form of paid downloadable content, or an update.
Disco Domination Limited Time Mode Back in Fortnite
After running for only three days, the Fortnite Blitz LTM has been taken out of the game and was replaced by Disco Domination. This marks the comeback of this limited time mode. Disco Domination is a 50 versus 50 mode with 5 dancefloors spawning on the map. Players must dance and clear out enemies at the same time. Dancing will make a disco ball rise in the center of the dance floor that players must capture for their team. Once captured, it will fill up the dance bar of your team in the HUD.
Random Prize Crates Removed From Forza 7
Forza Motorsport 7 has removed the prize crates in their game and was replaced with a store that will have a random selection of items. Previously the items in the prize crates were not sold for real money. With the Race Shop players will be given the option to purchase Badges, Driver Gear and Mod cards. Players would need the in-game credits to purchase the items and its cost will depend on the type and rarity of the item. The inventory of items in the Race Shop will refresh every six minutes.
Battlefield 5 Available Now to Some Players
Battlefield 5 is available now to some players! If youāre an EA Access subscriber on Xbox One, or Origin Access subscriber on PC, you get to play the game as early as November 9th. These players are able to play the game for 10 hours, and any progress during the trial period will be carried over to the full game when it officially launches on November 20th. Players subscribed to EA/Origin Access Premier will have access to the full game before launch.
World of Warcraft: Classic Demo Extended
The World of Warcraft Classic demo will be extended! The game was first launched during BlizzConās opening ceremony and was set for only a week but it has now been extended for several days ending on November 12, 10 AM PT. The classic content comes in waves with 1.12 having Molten Core, Onyxia, Dire Maul, Kazzak, Azuregos, Blackwing Lair, BGs, PVP rewards, ZulāGurub, AQ, Tier 0.5, Silithus content, Green Dragons, Naxxramas and the Scourge Invasion over time. And what comes next is everyoneās guess.
The Game Awards Takes place December 6th
The end of 2018 is drawing closer, and awards shows are also gearing up! This yearās The Game Awards is one of them, and the event is set to happen December 6th at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California. The event will be streamed live in over 40 video platforms which include YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, PS4, Xbox Live, Mixer, and Caffeine. The awards will also be aired live with translations on local streaming platforms in China, Korea, Russia, Taiwan, South-East Asia, Germany, Japan, and Brazil.
World War I Game 11:11 Memories Retold Out Now
This year marks 100 years since the end of World War 1, and to commemorate this, Aardman and DigixArt released 11:11 Memories Retold which is a game about the human perspective of the war. It features the lives of two people, one British and the other German. They both join the war for entirely different reasons, offering a war drama that gives us a glimpse of what the human aspect of it is. 11:11 Memories Retold is available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
FIFA 19 Gets UEFA eChampions League eSports Tournament
EA secured a license for the UEFA Champions League for FIFA 19 earlier this year, and to no oneās surprise, it actually evolved into an eSports tournament. This means the FIFA World Series will include the UEFA eChampions League, also making its way through the eWorld Cup in 2019. Eligible competitors will participate in eChampions League Global Online Knockout tournaments on the PS4. The finals is set to happen in Madrid, Spain on May 31, 2019.
Rainbow Six Siege Fortress Map for Operation Wind Bastion Revealed
Ubisoft has given us a peek at Rainbow Six Siege Operation Wind Bastionās new map. The new Operation takes players to Morocco where the two new Operators are from. The map is called Fortress, and as its name suggests, itās located inside a fortress. The location has a lot of corridors where players can fight in. We also got a glimpse of the outside world. More details on this map as well as the new Operators will be revealed on November 18th.
