Rating for Crackdown 3 Published on Australian Website

A new rating for Crackdown 3 was spotted in the Australia Classification Board. The game got a rating of M15+, which apparently stemmed from “Strong Violence.” As of this report, its rating on the ESRB has also appeared. The game has a release window of February 2019. We can expect to know more about the game in this year’s XO18.


Amazon Releases Teasers for Upcoming Game New World

Amazon Game Studios announced a new game back in August called New World, and a couple of images posted on the game’s Twitter account shows a glimpse of the game’s world. Sign ups for the game’s alpha is also already open, and those who wish to take part need to head to the game’s website, login with their Amazon email, and click “Email me.” We don’t have news when the alpha will take place.


Warframe’s Fortuna Expansion Coming to PC This Week

Warframe’s next big expansion is coming! The expansion, named Fortuna, is heading to Steam this week, and it brings players to the open world of Fortuna. The new world will let players explore on foot, or even hop on the radical Bondi K-Drive hoverboard. There are also tons of things to do such as fishing, exploring, mining, and much more. The expansion also brings a new combat and enemy alert system, as well as a new Warframe.


Surviving Mars Expansion “Space Race” Launching Next Month

Paradox Interactive and Haemimont Games announce the first expansion for their sci-fi management game Surviving Mars. The expansion is called Space Race and it will officially launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on November 15th. The expansion brings new rival colonies which will compete with milestones, resources, and anomalies. Japan and Brazil are now also joining as new sponsors. The expansion also promises narrative events that will challenge players’ management skills.


Thea 2: The Shattering Launches on Early Access November 30th

The sequel to Thea: The Awakening is heading to Steam Early Access. Thea 2: The Shattering will now be in Early Access after a successful Kickstarter campaign and development. The game will be available starting November 30th. The Early Access build of the game includes its core mechanics which include exploration, gathering resources, crafting, research, and battles. The game’s main quest and some side quests will also be available. It also has co-op modes.


Sunset Overdrive Appears on Steam Database

It looks like Sunset Overdrive is really coming to PC, and it might come soon! This is because of a listing spotted in Steam DB. The Steam DB listing shows that the product was added 7 months ago, so it appears this is not an old entry. Microsoft has not announced anything yet as of this report. Sunset Overdrive was released as an Xbox One exclusive back in 2014.


Cyberpunk 2077 Sidequests May Affect Game’s Main Story

Cyberpunk 2077 sidequests could possibly affect the main game according to CD Projekt RED level designer Miles Tost. Although the side quests are not really a part of the main questline, they are usually a part of the interconnected world of the game, which means that the sidequests are able to “affect the main story”, adds Tost. Cyberpunk 2077 still doesn’t have a concrete release date, and a deleted tweet mentioned of a 2019 launch but since it was deleted after all, we cannot take that as official.


GOG Made in Poland Sale Now Live

A unique sale is running on GOG.com right now. They are offering up to 90 percent off for games that are ‘Made in Poland’. Of course, the first game that comes to mind is The Witcher which includes the complete series plus its expansions. Frostpunk is also available, plus Anomaly Warzone Earth, and Anomaly 2. This War of Mine: The Little Ones, The Shadow Warrior, Ruiner, and Superhot are also a part Polish made. This will run until November 12th, and you can check out the complete list in GOG.com.


Sony Delays Server Shutdown of Some Games to January 2019

Sony has previously announced that they will be shutting down the servers for several of their old games on October 25th but it seems like they have silently pushed that back to a later date which is on January 31, 2019. The games that were listed are Warhawk, PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, and Twisted Metal. The games that can be played offline will still be available to play but Warhawk, which is a completely online experience, will be unplayable by the shutdown date mentioned.


Warcraft 3 Reforged Has Modified Campaign Maps

Warcraft 3 Reforged, which will be arriving next year, will come with modified campaign maps. According to Nicholas Louie, QA test lead, they were able to heavily modify The Culling of Stratholme map, it will be very different from the original Warcraft 3. They thought that this was absolutely important for the overall story as well as for Athas. Also, other different assets like the games character models and environments have all been redone with cutscenes being revamped.


Joker and Harley Quinn From Suicide Squad are Coming to PUBG

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and DC have teamed up to create the Suicide Squad version of Joker and Harley Quinn skins that we will soon see in the game. The two characters will be seen in the future in what looks like a Miramar prison break. Although, it is not clear to us if the Joker and Harley Quinn Suicide Squad addition will just be skins for the characters, or a limited-time game mode kind of like Fortnite’s Avengers: Infinity War’s Thanos. As more announcements are made, we will get to know more.

Hitman 2 PS4 File Size Revealed

The Playstation Store listing for the upcoming stealth action game, Hitman 2, has revealed the game’s file size on the platform. Those who want to play on the PS4 will need 48.81 gigabytes of free space on their hard drive. The Microsoft Store earlier revealed that the game will take up 44.77 gigabytes on the Xbox One, while the game’s Steam listing shows the storage requirement to be at 60 gigabytes. Hitman 2 is slated to launch next week on November 13th.


Free Japanese Audio DLC for The Legend of Heroes Trails of Cold Steel 1 and 2 Released

XSeed has finally released the promised Japanese Voice DLC for The Legend of Heroes Trails of Cold Steel 1 and 2. The DLC is free of charge and will roll out to PC versions of the game. The update also comes with a new high resolution UI font option for the launcher and the ability to actively load modded textures. Four Steam leaderboards have also been added for the competitive types. These are Total Battle Victories, Triple Advantage Battles, Angler Points and Academic Points.


Blizzard has No Plans to Make Warcraft 4 Yet

With the announcement of Warcraft 3 Reforged, fans of Blizzard’s fantasy real-time strategy series are asking just when a true sequel will be coming out. Well, if you’re one of those fans clamoring for Warcraft 4, don’t get your hopes up too high as Blizzard Senior Producer Pete Stilwell told Gamespot at Blizzcon that they don’t have any plans surrounding Warcraft 4 at the moment. He did say that they haven’t ruled it out yet, but Reforged is their top priority at the moment.


Starting Weapons for Battlefield 5 Classes Revealed

Battlefield YouTuber LevelCap has revealed the starting weapons for each class in Battlefield 5. The inadvertent reveal comes from the game’s new tutorial videos available through Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1’s Watch sections. Assault will be equipped with a Sturmgewehr 1-5, Support will wield a KE7, Medics start off with a Sten, while Scouts will carry a Lee Enfield No. 4 Mk1. A full list of all weapons available at launch was already revealed earlier.


Final Ark: Survival Evolved Expansion Out Now on PC

The third and final expansion for Ark Survival Evolved has launched on PC. Extinction brings with it a more ravaged earth and the remains of a sprawling metropolis. The Titans are also coming, colossal creatures that serve as the planet’s ultimate apex predator. The latest expansions banks hard on science fiction, thus all the new creatures are hybrid organic and mechanical lifeforms. The base game is also free-to-play until November 11th on Steam.


Conan Exiles Won’t Be Getting a Single-Player Mode

For those who were psyched about Conan Exiles getting a single player campaign, we have bad news for you, as that won’t be happening at all as Funcom stated, “Conan Exiles is not developing a single-player mode”. The confusion came about during the publisher’s Q3 financial report where Funcom said that they are working on a Conan Exiles single player campaign. In the video of the report, it is easy to see that the “Conan Single Player Top Secret” words can be seen and an announcement for it as well.


Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Gets New Story content and More in November Update

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is getting a free November update and it will come with a new questline for the Lost Tales of Greece. There will also be new epic events, plus new items and a variety of gameplay tweaks. The update will also have players battle it out with Steropes the Cyclops. The new Lost Tales of Greece story will come in multiple parts and will only be available once you reach Episode 5. The new missions will factor in player choice but will yield great rewards.


Dota 2 Team Won’t Get Penalized for Sending In a Stand-In During the Majors

It has been confirmed that DOTA 2 team Ninjas in Pyjamas will not be penalized for using a stand-in at the upcoming Kuala Lumpur Major. This was announced by the team’s captain Peter “ppd” Danger via a Tweet. The team was forced to search for a stand-in due to the team’s Israeli off-laner Neta “33” Shapira not being able to get a Malaysian visa. Normally stand-ins will incur the team a 40% Dota Pro Circuit points penalty but because the circumstance is extraordinary, the team will not be penalized.


GTA Online Pays Double in All Contact Missions This Week

This week will give players of GTA Online double XP and GTA money through contact missions. Not only that, both the Terrorbyte-activated client jobs as well as Rockstar stunt races will also be handing out double experience as well as in-game money. Another thing to look forward to is that the nightclubs and the Pegassi Oppressor Mk 2 in GTA Online are 30% off. Rainbow Six Siege Wind Bastion Details Teased

Ubisoft revealed a little bit more on what’s coming to Rainbow Six Siege’s Year 3 Season 4 Operation Wind Bastion. There will be two additional members to the Morrocco Groupe d’Intervention de La Gendarmerie Royal special operations unit. The first one is a Defender and is a “strict and imposing” commander of the unit. The second one is a female Attacker. She has a knack for environmental operations being able to traverse the hardest of environments. The full reveal will be on November 18th.


Star Wars Battlefront 2 May Get More Female Heroes Next Year

Although nothing has been confirmed at this time, it kind of looks like there will be more female heroes that will be added to Star Wars Battlefront 2 by next year. The assumption came with the release of the new playable character, General Grievous who named Ahsoka Tano and Padme Amidala in certain dialogue lines. This has got everyone thinking that General Grievous will soon have some sort of interaction with both characters. EA and DICE are yet to confirm or deny this.
