CD Projekt Red has confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 will have a New Game+ mode. The company previously dropped hints about the feature, and this confirmation is definitely good news for those anticipating the game. CD Projekt Red is yet to share specifics on the New Game+ mode, but as with other games this mode will allow players to have another go at the game.
WWE 2K20 Announced, Launches in October
2K Games has announced WWE 2K20, its latest installment in the wrestling game series. The game will be launching on October 22, 2019 and will be available on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. 2K also revealed information on what fans will look forward to in the game. Hulk Hogan will be making a comeback and is included as one of the playable characters in the gameās Deluxe and Collectorās Editions. The game also comes with a career mode, mixed tag matches, and more.
Metal Wolf Chaos Remastered Out Now
From Softwareās Metal Wolf Chaos is back in remastered form, and it is available now on Plsystation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The shooter first released in 2004 in Japan and tells the story of an American president who puts on a mech suit to save the country from evil. The remastered game is called Metal Wolf XD and it features 4K and 16:9 support, refined gameplay and controls, and a new save system.
WWE 2K20 to Feature Four Horsewomen in 2K Showcase
WWE 2K20 features a story-driven career mode which centers on women fighters, which is a first in the series. Called 2K Showcase: The Womenās Evolution, players will follow the careers of Raw Womenās Champion Becky Lynch, and SmackDown Womenās Champion Bayley, Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks. They are collectively called the Four Horsewomen. The mode will focus on these womenās rise to stardom.
Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition Announced for Switch
Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition will soon be available on the Nintendo Switch, THQ Nordic has announced. The game will be heading to the console on September 26th. The Deathinitive Edition is the enhanced port of the game and was launched back in 2015. It includes all DLC released for the game, as well as various weapons and armor packs. It also features improved visuals, as well as reworked loot distribution and game balancing.

NBA 2K19 is now the best-selling game in the NBA 2K series, selling 12 million units Take-Two Interactive revealed in its recent earnings report. The game is also the best-selling sports title in the companyās entire portfolio. The company also revealed that while some players find in-game purchases as outrageous, recurrent consumer spending in the game has increased to 140%. This goes to show more players do not mind spending real-world money for virtual rewards.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses DLC Release Schedule Revealed
Nintendo has promised to release several DLC waves for Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and the company has revealed when exactly these DLCs will launch. The first wave, which added male and female Officers Academy outfits for Byleth launched with the game. The next one will be launching on October 31st and will include new Auxiliary battle maps. The third one launches December 31st and will include new costumes and quests. The fourth one launches April 30, 2020 and will include additional playable characters among others.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Wonāt Include Battle Royale
Infinity Wardsās multiplayer design director Joe Cecot revealed in an interview with IGN that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare wonāt include a battle royale mode. Cecot said they are ābig fans of battle royale,ā and they are āexcited for large player counts and things like thatā however, they want to focus on core multiplayer for the game so they opted not to add battle royale. āWe really focused on Modern Warfare, authentic and gritty, realistic weapons and itās a different experience,ā Cecot added.
Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered Release Date Announced
Ghostbusters: The Video Game has been remastered and is set to launch on October 4th for PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One. Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered also marks the 35th anniversary of Ghostbusters this year. The remaster will include updated graphics, cutscenes and in-game videos in 4K, a more modern feel, and also features the return of Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.
Far: Lone Sails Announced for Switch, Launches This Month
Far: Lone Sails originally launched on PC in 2018, and on PS4 and Xbox One in April of this year. Now even more players will be able to experience the game as it is also set to launch on Nintendo Switch on August 18th. Far: Lone Sails is an atmospheric vehicle adventure game where players will traverse a dried-up ocean in a unique vehicle. The game is set in a post-apocalyptic Earth with no zombies ā itās just the player, his vehicle, and nothingness.
Four New Games Available for Twitch Prime Subscribers
Those who are Twitch Prime subscribers are getting four new games this month as part of their subscription. The four games are Automachef, Mable and the Wood, Wonder Boy: The Dragonās Trap and Pumped BMX Pro. Automachef is an automated cooking puzzler, Mable and the Wood lets players step into the shoes of Mabel who can shapeshift into a fairy, mole or monster. Wonder Boy: The Dragonās Trap, on the other hand, is a platformer that is a remake of a1989 Sega game and Pumped BMX Pro is a biking game.
Tekken 7 Gets New Characters Zafina and Leroy Smith
Season 3 content for Tekken 7 had been announced by director Katsuhiro Harada after the grand finals of Evo 2019. The content has been shared via trailer and it features Zafina making a comeback to the game. Zafina was first seen in Tekken 6 and then was a playable character in Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Another character has also been revealed named Leroy Smith. Season 3 will be launching in September. Along with the two announced characters is another unrevealed one plus a new feature.
New SoulCalibur 6 Content Announced
SoulCalibur 6 is getting a new playable character, Cassandra. She is a returning character coming from SoulCalibur 2. Also, a new guest character from Samurai Shodown will be making an appearance in the game, and that character is named Haohmaru. A third guest character will also be available but was not revealed as of yet. The individual characters for SoulCalibur 6 can be purchased for $5.99 each or if you have the season pass, you can get them as they are released. The season pass is $29.99.
Monster Hunter World: Iceborn New Features Revealed
A new mechanic called the Cluth Claw is coming to Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. This new mechanic allows players to shoot the claw unto a monster and then pull themselves to it. In addition to the announcement of the Clutch Claw, some screenshots had been shared for upcoming new monsters which are the Coral Pukei Pukei, Nightshade Paolumu and Viper Tobi-Kadachi. Also, some quality of life improvements will be added. Monster Hunter World: Iceborne will be launching on September 6 for consoles.
Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late to Launch in 2020
An official announcement trailer had been launched for Night In-Birth Exe: Late[cl-r]. This had been announced during EVO 2019 with a new gameplay trailer as well as some screenshots. We also get to see a new character named Londrekia who has ice-based powers. Night In-Birth was first launched in Japan in 2012. We can expect this to come to the west by 2020 but no official dates were given as of yet. However, the Taiwan Digital Rating Committee shared a rating for the game for PS4 and Switch.
Dragon Ball FighterZ New Character is Janemba
Bandai Namco has finally shared some footage for their upcoming DLC character Janemba. And just before the trailer ends, SSGSS Gogeta was teased. Janemba is a villain that was first seen in Dragon Ball Z Fusion Reborn the film. Janemba will be available for download on August 8th. SSGSS Gogeta, on the other hand, has no official release date as of yet and is only listed as a ācoming soonā character. You can purchase individual characters for $4.99 each. Squirt Guns are Coming to Warframe in their Summer Event
A limited time summer event is available in Warframe and it is called Dog Days. Here, there will be two teams at the beach in Tenno square. Each team member will have a Soaktron squirt gun and will squirt on as many Grineer as they can. The team with the most kills win. Since it is a squirt gun, it will run out of water, you just have to refill it at the fountain. At this event, everyone is at equal footing, players wonāt be able to use any mods, pets or abilities. This event will run up until August 12.
Changes to Come to Fortnite Competitive Prize Payout System
The competitive prize payout system of Fortnite is being changed by Epic since a lot of top-placing players had not been given their prize money. Apparently, there had been a lot of missing bank and tax information of the players making it impossible to make the payouts. The new system that Epic has thought of is for the use of Hyperwallet which is also owned by Paypal. Players must set up a Hyperwallet account which will make it easier to check the payment status when transferring funds.

Stay in the Light gets patch 1.2 and it is set to improve ray tracing and AI. Developer Sunside Gamesā newest patch adds a new left and right-hand animation system plus new and refined environments that players can explore. The AI of enemies had been improved as well plus better Ray Tracing is among what the patch includes. Stay in the Light is in early access right now, and although it has amazing visuals, the game still feels like a demo, so it is recommended to play the game when it fully launches.

Garfield Furios Kart Racing has been announced and it is set to launch on November 5th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. The game will be launching 2 days later in Europe which is on November 7th. Each available character and kart in the game will have unique characteristics. There will be 16 iconic tracks and three game modes which are Grand Prix, Single Race and Time Trial. There will be online races that can accommodate up to 8 players or split-screen races with 4 players.
