Kill la Kill – IF Coming to Europe This Year

Arc System Works and Studio TRIGGER’s “KILL la KILL – IF” is slated to release in Europe this year! Both companies did not provide a specific release date, but what’s sure is the game will be available for European players on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch sometime this year. Kill la Kill – IF is based from the anime with the same title and features a brand new story with its signature visuals and cinematics.


Black Desert Now Available on Xbox One

MMORPG Black Desert is heading to the Xbox One! For players who purchased the Ultimate Edition, they get access to the game 72 hours in advance. On the other hand, everyone else will get the game on March 4th. The Ultimate Edition contains the base game, a pre-order exclusive Shudad outfit, a 90-day Value Pack, a pre-order exclusive German Shepherd Pet, another pre-order exclusive in A Young Fogan pet (Tier 2), a Tier 5 Horse(White), and much more.


Dead or Alive 6 Releases Its Season Pass

Dead or Alive 6 got its first Season Pass. The Season Pass is available at 93 US Dollars and will bring over 60 costumes for the game’s roster, and other special costumes that will be released sometime between March and June. There’s also bonus content for characters NiCO and Nyotengu. Dead or Alive 6 is available now on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.


Xur Will Finally Sell Forsaken Exotics in Destiny 2

Destiny 2’s weekend vendor, Xur is getting a significant change as part of Season of the Drifter. When the new season rolls out, Xur will begin selling Exotic items from Destiny 2’s Forsaken expansion. This change is something players of the game will find useful as getting Exotics become significantly harder to acquire in the Forsaken era. This also makes Xur more useful as he only sold old gear that players already collected.


Fallout 76 Has an In-Game Player Controlled Police Department

Fallout 76 players have banded together to ensure the safety and security of low-level players in the game. These players created Appalachia PD, Fallout 76’s in-game police department. As members of Appalachia PD, they assist vulnerable players, those who are usually level 1-30. The team is looking for more members, details on how to join are available over at the we_are_appalachia_pd subreddit.


God’s Trigger Out Next Month

One More Level’s shooter God’s Trigger gets a release date. The game is set to launch on April 18th and will be available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The game was first unveiled back in 2017, and has a similarity with Hotline Miami. In God’s Trigger, an angel teams up with a demon to prevent the end of the world. This game supports local co-op, so players can take on enemies with their friends. In solo mode, players can switch between the two characters’ perspectives.


GOG Ends Fair Price Package

Digital distributor GOG has announced that it is ending its Fair Price Package effective March 31st. This announcement comes after reports of layoffs and financial losses are affecting the company. According to GOG, they decided to remove Fair Price Packaging because they are no longer able to cover the costs for these. One of the reasons they cited was the increase in “share paid to developers,” and due to this, their cut gets smaller.


Offworld Trading Company Gets a Free Multiplayer Mode

Economic real-time strategy game Offworld Trading Company has transitioned to free-to-play for its multiplayer mode in both its casual and ranked matches. In an interview with Destructoid, a representative of Stardock said that they have no plans of implementing microtransactions in the free multiplayer mode. The launch of the free-to-play mode coincides with the release of the game’s Market Corrections DLC. You can get a copy of Offworld Trading Company on Steam.


Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid Character Lord Drakkon Introduced

Power Ranger: Battle for the Grid is bringing Lord Drakkon to the game! Lord Drakkon is coming as one of the villains that the Power Rangers will take on. His addition brings the game’s story closer to Shattered Grid which is the crossover comic event that celebrates Power Rangers’ 25th anniversary. It is also worth noting that Drakkon won’t be the only villain that will be playable in Power Ranger: Battle of the Grid. The game is set to launch sometime this April for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.


Space War Arena Launches on the Switch

Another game has launched on the Nintendo Switch! Playchemy’s brand-new action strategy game Space War Arena is available now in the hybrid console, and players can now enjoy the game’s deep tactical gameplay. Players will get to mic and match different play styles and units as they engage in battles right at the palms of their hands. The game also features Deck Building and a Solo Campaign.


Zandalari and Kul Tiran Allied Races Coming to World of Warcraft Soon

Battle of Azeroth NPCs Zandalari and Kul Tiran allied races are coming to World of Warcraft soon. These races will be available starting March 12th. Kul Tiran are described as big, burly humans, while the Zandalari trolls’ druids get into fancy forms. They’re essentially dinosaurs so this means players can play as dinos soon. In order to get access to them, players need exalted reputations with their main factions which they can get by completing their storylines and the Tides of Vengeance achievement for finishing the war campaign.


Get Northgard, Mutant Year Zero, Absolver and More in the April Humble Monthly

The Humble Store has announced some of the games that will be included in the Humble Monthly. The games for April are Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden, Northgard, and Absolver. Other titles will be included but we will only know what they are by April 5th. The month of March had Vermintide 2: Collector’s Edition, Cultist Simulator, Earth Defense Force 4.1, Late Shift, Tower Unite and Paradigm. The Humble Monthy is a service that offers a bundle of about nine games each month for £10 per month.


Curious Expedition 2 Coming to Early Access Later This Year

Publisher Thunderful and developer Maschinen-Mensch recently announced that Curious Expedition 2 will be launching in Early Access on Steam later this year. This game is a sequel to the award-winning expedition simulation, Curious Expedition. This iteration comes bearing a brand new art style, improved gameplay and vastly expanded content. Curious Expedition 2 is slated for full release in 2020 for PC, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One.


Speculations Point to Octane as the Next Apex Legends Character

It may be possible that the newest Apex Legends character is Octane. Nothing has been officially announced but various evidence led to that conclusion. Speculation started when dataminers were able to dig up names of unreleased characters and one of which is the name Octane. Also, an image has been dug up which includes some neon tubing and what looks like robotic legs that suggest Octane could be a cyborg. We should wait for further official announcements to know more accurate information.


March Games with Gold for Xbox Live Available Now

The Xbox Live Games With Gold for March has been announced. These are free game downloads available for Xbox Live Gold members. From March 1 to 31 members can download Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion on Xbox One and Star Wars Republic Commando for Xbox 360 as well as on Xbox One will be available on March 1 to 15. Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 for Xbox One will be available from March 16 to April 15 and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance for Xbox 360 and Xbox One will be on March 16 to 31.

Railway Empire’s Germany DLC has just launched and is now available for purchase on PC, Xbox One and PS4. The latest add-on brings the titular country to the game world and adds 59 new cities and reworked city buildings, 10 new locomotives, and the new concession mechanic. It also features the Patchwork scenarion that takes place in between 1850 to 1870. The DLC also launches alongside Free Content Update 1.8, which is available to everybody who owns the game.


Treasure Stack Out Now on PC, Xbox One and Switch

Treasure Stack has finally launched on PC, Xbox One and Switch. The party game from PIXELLAKES combines classical falling blocks gameplay with platforming and a grappling twist. Up to four players can compete either locally or online, with support for cross-platform matchmaking. The game also features rotating, ranked seasons with exclusive cosmetic rewards. Thos who purchase from Steam or the European eShop during the game’s launch week will be entitle to a ten percent discount.


Warhammer Vermintide 2 Getting New Expansion this Summer

A new expansion is coming out for Vermintide 2 and it will add new enemies to the game which are the Beastmen. The new expansion is called Wind of Magic which introduces the Beastmen as “the toughest enemy factions our Heroes have faced”. Along with the new enemy are a raised level cap, a heavier difficulty setting, and five new weapons. This will all be arriving by Summer this year. Developers’ Fatshark did announce that there won’t be a new campaign for the game but a new mode will be in the works.
