Battlefield 5 Post-Launch Content Release Date Revealed in Livestream

Battlefield 5 launched a few days ago for subscribers of EA Access Premier. Now, those who bought the game’s Deluxe Edition finally have access to the WW2 shooter. To celebrate the launch of the Deluxe Edition, DICE has hosted a livestream where they revealed just when some of the game’s promised post-launch content will be released.

In the livestream, DICE announced several features coming to the game on December 4th. First is the tank-focused Panzerstorm map, which they also gave a preview of in the livestream. Then there’s the Practice Range — a mode that will allow players to freely hone their skills with the game’s different weapons and vehicles. Vehicle customisation will also hit on the same day, along with the final War Stories chapter called The Last Tiger.

Aside from all the content coming December 4th, DICE also announced that the first Tides of War chapter, Overture, will be coming on December 6th. This will bring a new progression system that comes with cosmetic items, challenges and missions.

Battlefield 5 is available now to those who bought the Deluxe Edition and subscribers of EA Access Premier. The game launches for everyone else on November 20th. the game is available on PC, Xbox One and PS4.
