GRID’s Career Mode Details Revealed

Codemasters shared more details on GRID’s Career Mode. This mode will allow players to experience all cars, discipline, and circuit in GRID, and takes players to the GRID World Series. Players will be able to experience 104 events in Career Mode at launch. It is further spread across six disciplines: Touring, Stock, Tuner, GT, FA Racing, and Invitational. Each event contains objectives players must complete in order to unlock more events in the discipline. You can check out full details of the Career Mode in the GRID official website.


Beyond: Two Souls Out Now on the Epic Games Store

Quantic Dream has officially released Beyond: Two Souls on PC, and it is available in the Epic Games Store. Beyond: Two Souls was a PlayStation exclusive, and is the second Quantic Dream game to launch on PC, following Heavy Rain which launched last month also in the Epic Games Store. Beyond: Two Souls is a psychological action thriller and features the acting of renowned Hollywood actors Ellen Page and Willem Dafoe.


Dragon Star Varnir Coming to PC in October

Dragon Star Varnir was originally set to arrive in September on Steam, and now the epic dragon JRPG will be launching in October. The game was originally released for the PlayStation 4. The Steam version will include all gameplay and art content from the game’s Japanese version, including subtitles in English, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese.


Swords and Souls: Neverseen Out Now

Swords & Souls: Neverseen is out now on PC. Neverseen is a new standalone adventure that features the original Swords & Souls’ signature visuals and humor as well as a more refined action and training cycles. The game features fast-paced battles combined with real-time and turn-based action. The game also features customization options for players’ heroes, plus each hero also has its own abilities and equipment. Pets and mercenaries will also be joining players in battle.


60 Seconds! Reatomized Launches on Steam

60 Seconds! Reatomized, the remastered edition of the highly acclaimed post-apocalyptic survival game 60 Seconds!, is heading to Steam and is available starting July 25th. Players who own the original 60 Seconds! on Steam will get the remastered version for free when it launches. The remastered version features 4K resolution support, new sounds, new, art, and new unlockable content, the new Survival Challenge gameplay mode, and much more.


Super Robot Wars V and X Coming to Steam and Switch

Bandai Namco has announced that they are launching both Super Robot Wars V and Super Robot Wars X on Steam and Nintendo Switch. The games’ official release dates are yet to be announced, but according to the Super Robot Wars official Twitter, more details about these games will be revealed in this week’s Famitsu issue so we can expect the release date to be included during the reveal.


New Doom Eternal Battlemode to be Showcased at Quakecon

Bethesda has announced that Doom Eternal’s new multiplayer mode, Battlemode, will be revealed at Quakecon 2019 which is slated to take place on July 26th. Also to be revealed during the event are more details about Doom Eternal. Bethesda promises to bring never-before-seen levels and places in Doom Eternal. It also promises to feature 10 times higher geometric detail than its predecessor. Doom Eternal is set to launch on November 22nd.


The Division 2’s Episode 1: DC Outskirts Patch Rolls Out

A new update for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 has been released. The Division 2 – Episode 1: D.C. Outskirts patch brings new main missions, Expeditions, a Shepherd Reward System, as well as improvements and overhauls. The patch will have players take on Expeditions where they can explore unexplored locations around DC and discover new narrative and gameplay. Two Point Hospital Coming to Consoles This Year

Two Point Hospital will be coming to consoles later this year, bringing the humorous hospital management sim to consoles for the first time. The game will be available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 and will contain all post-launch add-ons of the PC version. These add-ons include the Bigfoot expansion, the interior designing tool, the ability to copy/paste room layouts, and character customization.


Bandai Namco Hosting Dragon Ball FighterZ Online Test Tournament

Bandai Namco is hosting an “official online test tournament” for Dragon Ball FighterZ. The online test tournament will be taking place on Saturday, July 27th, and only 1,000 players will be able to join. Those who are interested to join can sign up through the Tournament Mode Desk in Dragon Ball FighterZ. The winner of the tournament will take home a special victory trophy plus 10 million Zeni. Madden 20 Early Access Starts This Week

EA Access subscribers will be able to play Madden NFL 20 in Early Access on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 this week. PC players who are also subscribed through Origin Access Premier will also be able to play in early access starting July 24th. The game will officially launch for everyone else on August 2nd. As with previous games, those with EA Access or Origin Access subscription will be able to play the full game for a specific duration. EA is yet to announce how many hours this will be.


Second Technical Test of Ghost Recon Breakpoint will be this Weekend

Ghost Recon Breakpoint is getting a second technical test this weekend starting on July 26 which is a Friday and will end on July 29 which is a Monday. This technical test will be available on all platforms and will only be available to randomly selected participants. Only the online functions will be tested here and not the game’s content. Those who are chosen will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Ghost Recon Breakpoint will launch on October 4 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.


For Honor Year 3 Season 3 Adds Jormungandr

It is For Honor’s Year 3 Season 3 and this season is called Hulda. This will come with a new warrior coming to the Viking Faction called the Jormungandr. If you are a proud owner of the Year 3 pass then you are able to play the Viking sectarian on August 1, but for everyone else, the new hero can be accessed with 15,000 Steel on August 8. This update will also come with a Breach map which is the Viking fortress of Storr Stronghold. Some balancing can also be expected for Nobushi, Shinobi and Orochi.


Horizon Chase Turbo: Summer Vibes Expansion Launches Today

A new Horizon Chase Turbo update is here and it offers a fun vacation race. It will come with a brand new car which is a Convertible called Breeze and players are able to choose from six different colors for it. This Summer Vibes update also adds 12 remixed races that come with a leaderboard for each race. Horizon Chase Turbo brings a classic arcade racer that is from the 80s and 90s but is placed in a more modern and upgraded chassis.


Automachef Out Now, Get to Create Sumptuously Automated Meals

Automachef is a game that is all about robotic arms and conveyor belts that prepare food. It is an elegant puzzler that has a campaign mode as well as a contracts mode where you will be accepting jobs from different businesses. New End Game Available for Moonlighter with First Paid DLC

The very first paid DLC of Moonlighter will be adding an end game expansion for those who were already able to finish the game. This expansion is called Between Dimensions and it comes with new mini bosses, new enemies as well as so much loot. Since it is an endgame expansion, it will, of course, be a continuation of Will’s adventures. For those on the Rocket League current competitive season, you only have about a month before it ends on August 27th. Necrobarista Launch Date Pushed Back

The visual novel about coffee, ghosts, and knives set in Australia called Necrobarista will be delayed once again. The game was expected to launch late 2018 but was pushed back to August 8 or 9 of 2019 and then set back once again but with no specific date, this time but is said to be by the late third quarter of the year which would probably be by the end of September. The developers promised a “whole lot better” game because of the delays. Players can expect more language support once the game is live.


Original Dying Light Game DLC Still Being Worked On

Developer Techland is still creating more content for Dying Light even though Dying Light 2 will be launching next Spring. With a new game coming up, we are expecting that all hands are on deck for that but that isn’t the case. Techland’s Lead Designer Tymon Smektala said that a small team will be developing the said DLC. Smektala believes in supporting the game because they believe in their community as well as that they are an “essential part in getting the word out about Dying Light 2”.


Pets and Emotes Soon to be Available in Sea of Thieves

Sea of Thieves will be getting cosmetic microtransactions as announced by Rare. Executive producer Joe Neate said that they are adamant on having microtransactions that will not offer any power advantage or even separate other players from one another. The purchases will be optional and are only cosmetic things like new pets, emotes and ship cosmetics. The pet cosmetics will be in testing later on the week and the additional emotes would have a broader range of animations.


New Game Weakless to Debut at Gamescom

A new puzzle-adventure game that has beautiful organic environments will be making its debut at Gamescom and it is called Weakless. Players will get to control two odd carefree, wooden creatures called Weavelings. What’s strange about their pairing is that one is blind and the other one is deaf. They must save the world from the Rot and find their way back home. Weakless is scheduled to launch by the Fall of 2019 for PC.


We Happy Few Lightbearer DLC to Launch Next Week

The second DLC for We Happy Few called Lightbearer will be launching this July 30th. This will bring back the beloved rockstar of Wellington Wells, Nick Lightbearer. Nick Lightbearer has legions of fans who adore him so much but not all are happy with him. The Lightbearer DLC will come with a brand new combat, new puzzles and so much more. The DLC is a part of the Season Pass for $19.99 dollars or you can purchase it separately for $7.99 dollars.
